The Hoser's NFL Picks, Week 10: NFL picks that couldn't keep it up for three weeks. Betting advice (for fun only) from sportsfilter's own NFL guru, wfrazerjr.
I agree the Ravens suck, Billick sucks, and yes the Ravens suck indeed. Also I can't forget about those Saints sucking also.My wife told me not to pick the Saints, since she had lived in that city for the last 30 years, not to pick them. But going against her advice,I went ahead and picked them anyhow.Needless to say I didn't have a very prosperous day.

Yeah, the Saints were a really tough one. Coming into the home game on a hot streak, then getting shredded by Bulger and the Rams. I'm watching the Chargers game now wondering if they do indeed have a decent defense anymore or if they overachieved the last couple of years. Adrian Peterson is great (hopefully he's not hurt too badly), but 295 yards? The Chargers still have a lot to prove, even if their division is ridiculous.

This couldn't have been a very good week for anyone, but I think it'll be toughest on Adam Vinatieri. He'll now find out what it's like for the rest of the league's kickers in scoring no booty. Also, sorry for the late add -- trade show all weekend and couldn't get it finished until this morning. So far this week: ATS: 6-6-1 SU: 7-6 Lock of the Week: 0-1 Trifecta: 0-1 The Money Game: -$660

I honestly was more disappointed with the Charger's performance. The Colt's played just about the worst game humanly possible and the Chargers (supposed preseason contender) barely scraped out a win.

With all the injuries they're accumulating, the Colts may be in some trouble. I'm not talking "Missing the playoffs" trouble, but if their playoff road has to go through both Pittsburgh AND New England (possibly), that would certainly be considered trouble.

I couldn't believe that the Chargers almost blew that game. They intercepted Manning six times and still have to rely on a shank by Vinatieri to preserve the victory.

What's more amazing is that even with 6 picks, Manning had a higher Passer rating than Rivers. Norv! WTF have you done to Rivers?!?

Leave it to "Offensive genius" Brian Billick to make the Bengals defense look good. In Baltimore, no less. He's pathetic, the Ravens are pathetic, and Billick should lose his job soon! The fact he's standing on the sideline calling the plays makes it even more ridiculous.
