That's seriously f'ed up.The NIT people should reissue correct gear ASAP. Its a shame because West Virginia, like many teams in the NIT, is better than a lot of the NCAA participants. At one time, the NIT was the college b'ball event. This just illustrates how far it has fallen.

1) You're assuming they haven't already fixed the mistake, or at least begun teh process of fixing it. 2) The NIT isn't what it used to be because the NCAA owns the NIT. Since the NCAA tournament is it's bread and butter, that's where the focus goes. IMO, the NIT is just kept around to make the teams that missed the tournament (and should have made it but didn't because of automatic births to the lesser conferences) happy (relative to not playing at all) and bring home some money.

There's a really offensive joke in here about the state of West Virginia and their spelling ability, but I'm letting it go. I can't, however, let this one go: Q: How do you know the toothbrush was invented in West Virginia? A: If it were invented anywhere else, it would have been called the teethbrush! Baaaaaahahahahaha!

This was pretty messed up. I had seen it on ESPN, and the analyst got it more closer to "vagina" than igottheblues could have ever had. steelergirl : "Doesn't anyone proofread anymore? Sheesh!" What is this "proofread" you speak of?

I'm pronouncing that as closely to "vagina" that I can.
