Hidden: Culpepper may play in Dolphins exibition opener,: a remarkable modern medicine miracle, the rehabilitation of Daunte's knee operation. If he holds up, the Patriots reign of the AFC East will be over. Chambers, Brown, Taylor, et. all will step up big.
Why is this so far from happening? Palmer's injury happened not too long ago and he is talking about starting the regular season. Culpepper taking a few reps like what McNabb did in the HOF Game would be good. Also, it would give him a chance to get with Chambers, McMichael, and Brown (and don't forget Booker) to be in a game situation together if only for a few plays. I can see it happening.

I'm having a hard time not spilling my beer as I laugh at all the Dolphin fans that think somehow Culpepper is the answer to their prayers. It ain't his knee that kept the Vike's from winning, it's his head. Duante is not a clutch QB that is going to win the Super Bowl anytime soon. He throws way too many interceptions, and abandons the pocket way too soon. Sure he has some impressive runs, but he's tackled for 3 yard gains when it was 3rd and 6 far too often. While I stop short of saying that the Vikings will be better with Brad Johnson taking snaps, we will not miss Culpepper.

Ah, but first the Dolphins have to get passed the Steelers!

If this isn't the very essence of "my team's rocking factor is much higher, while you're team's suck value is rising", I don't know what is.

You must be a dolphins fan because that is far away from happening. Don't count on it Cyr78.
