Hidden: Shaq provides pregame hype for Pistons-Heat: The Miami Heat vs. Detroit Pistons showdown begins tonight. Some consider it Apocalypse II a sequel to the seven game clash of last year. It's the Ultimate Team vs. Pat Riley's Mercenaries. For Shaq it's a new series, a time for a new nickname." Every team that plays us plays above their heads,he said. That's because of me, They want to beat the Don Dadda."

Shaq's been in this league long enough to know that you shouldn't give the other team any more reason to come out with more intensity then they allready had. The Pistons are going to eat the "Don Dadda" like a Tostada wash it down with a pina colada and then move on to the next rounda.

There's already a topic for this three threads down.

Miami is gonna have a tough time taking Detroit, Shaq has to be healthy for Miami to win because D-Wade cant go alone.

Shaq and D'Wade are not the ones that will decide this series. The role players must play "above their heads" for this to be Heat series. Shaq and D'Wade both averaged 28 a game during the season against Detroit. The only game Miami won was a thriller when Wade hit a game winner. Haslem is key in this series, he must hold Rasheed. Posey is key, he must contain Tayshaun. Payton is key, he must relieve D'Wade on Rip, and worry about Chauncey the rest of the time. Zo is VERY key, when Shaq is in foul trouble, Zo MUST at least keep the game even. WE NEED vintage Zo for Miami to advance, but I believe we will see it.

The series can go either way . Detroit is going to have to play at a level well above the garbage series that they checked in with Cleveland . Shaq is washed up and is a ice age behemoth on bad knees . Wade CAN'T carry the team on his back and their other players need to step up . Shaqs best years are behind him , as is about 300 pounds of LARD . If they ever bring the cartoons HillBilly Bears to real life , his mumbling antics would make a doggone good Papa Bear . Other than that , he's just a huge traffic cone in the lane . Now on the other hand , Rasheed needs to shut the hell up and play the damned game the way he knows he can , and quit trying to be a guard and get some guts and attack the lane . The NBA Championship is Detroits to lose . But if they do , Rasheed needs to be shipped off as a distraction whose time has come to get gone .

Should the Stripes whistle Shaq as closely was Howard and Dampier whistled last night, then Shaq will foul out three minutes into each game while Detroit goes 4-0 on a romp. Otherwise, what Snickastyle said.

From the mouth of the SNITCHER KOBE BRYANT, "I SHOULD HAVE DONE LIKE SHAQ AND PAID THAT WOMAN A MILLION DOLLARS", Shaq, keep your mouth shut and don't give the HoTown Homos any ammunition to ride your rump in this series. Also be carefull when you post up, last time I saw you backing Wallace into the paint, it sure looked to me like he wanted to give you the reach around Bro.

Look for 7 great games though. This is all I have to say. I mean, if they play their cards right, Miami could have a chance here. I mean, if Prince guards Wade, that puts Rip on 'Toine. If the Heat see this they HAVE to get Walker involved. Walker can still carry a club if necessary. Agree with Snikastyle I do. Wade and Shaq may be the 2 best players on the court. But #'s 3-7 belong to Detroit. The Miami role players need to step up and make shots. Walker has to continue his run of hitting shots. Posey has to play strong D off the bench. Haslem and Zo have to rebound and control the Wallaces/McDyess monster that Detroit counters with. White Chocolate and The Glove have to be stellar...no SENSATIONAL at the point. And then Wade and Shaq can't get hurt. Mind you, an injury to either basically makes this an easy series for the Pistons. ESPN/ABC couldn't have asked for a better rematch.
