Hidden: Lion's losing ways: Looks like the Lion's management were trying to change their losing ways, too bad the players won't jump on board. Maybe they need to get paid some more money?

That is just sad... People who get paid millions of dollars a year to lift weights, run, and hit things are complaining that their job is too hard... Even the sucky guys make about 700k a year. And if your even in the sport, wouldnt you want to be worked hard so you can win? Or maybe its just another case of "I get paid regardlessly, who cares how i do". Another reason why the Lions are gonna suck yet again... Poor John Kitna, why couldnt he have gone to a team that he can at least help a little

Yeah Luther70, you pretty much nailed it. The sad bunch at Detroit, for the most part have no pride or integrety. You can't buy either one, you either have it or you don't. No amount of money will make them work or perform one bit better. The only thing that might ever turn them around is a no-nonsense coach and an owner that's really commited to winning.

Living in the Detroit area all my life it is easy to tell that no matter how many practices that the Lions have with or without pads, it's not going to matter. Losing ways are the only way with this team. From the days with Barry Sanders to this day, there is nothing this team can do to win it's fans......but yet we still watch and sell out every game. Keep eating the cornbread.

my god if i were the coach,i'd suspend the whole team..like philly suspened terrel owens..for 16 games..then well see how tough the lions are..with no mo money..
