I watched the race on Speed Channel and they said it doesn't have the diesel smell, it doesn't smoke, and it creates incredible horsepower. It has very little sulfur. It didn't change the sound of the engine at all. I think it is going to be the fuel of the future for much of auto racing.

Now if they can only do it with bio diesel, or vegetable oil... Sorry to go green on y'all.

Im not big into "pro" racing, but I do race my car- and it gets horrible gs mileage. (About 16 mpg). So if some kind of new technology is created, that is definately a plus.

Sorry to go green on y'all. Not at all. I, for one, am looking forward to the Formula Prius series.

I wonder if it sounds like a semi-truck like the wife's old Benz did? Would be sort of a disconcerting noise to hear as it passes you by.
