Fan who took ball from Favre gets probation: Is this the fullest extent of the law they talk about at games?
Greg Gall of Cincinnati also was sentenced to 230 hours of community service and fined $200. While on probation, he is banned from Paul Brown Stadium I'd say that's plenty for tresspassing/disorderly conduct.

He'll also have to let Packer running back Najeh Davenport shit in his laundry basket.

The amazing thing is it doesn't cite alchohal or drugs as being involved. The Najeh link I mean.

Anybody who actually got the announcers to talk about something besides how wonderful Brett Favre is for a few seconds is OK by me.

I have $200 and some free time. I would love to take the football away from Farve. Although it would be easier if I played for the Vikings secondary.

damn you turbo! I was just going to say there are a lot of people taking balls away from Farve that aren't being charged.

The momentum of that game changed costing me money. 1. 230 hours of torture - Pulling fingernails, electric shock to privates, etc. 2. And then hang him

The fullest extent of the law seems to have been trumped by the fact that taking someone to trial is very costly for the state and the guilty plea with probation is the best outcome for the state from a costs-benefits perspective.
