Dallas fans make themselves at home: "I would like 49ers fans to keep their tickets," Nolan said. "That would be nice."

Maybe it's just that there is more cowboy fans in SF than there are SF fans that will show their face.... Even though, for me, the tuna would be more of an embarrassment than the 49ers record last year

I'd understand it if it were the end of the season and one team was out of the picture, but the third game? Wow.

I am not very fond of either team much but had noticed the fan support in SF for Dallas. Neither team can expect to really go anywhere this season although both have made nice improvements to their squads. The 49ers are about 2 or 3 years away from being back to some sort of mirrored image of the 80's and 90's while the Cowboys should show something next season that includes huge playoff chance. Can't wait to see the Dallas support next week in Oakland.

Yeah - but a true 49ers fan hates the Cowboys. They were always in the way during Steve Young's heyday (until the big win). I hated the Cowboys for so long becuase they were blocking the niners from winning. And the Cowboys suck this year.

FWIW, the same could be said for the Steelers fans at Cowboy Stadium last season. It was too close to call who really had the home field advantage in that game, and the crowd erupted in simultaneous cheering and cursing when Testaverde fumbled in the fourth quarter. One of the loudest noises I've heard in my life. And the Cowboys suck this year. I'm a pokes hater myself, Weedy (Buffalo fan...), but I think it's too early to make that declaration just yet. The defense will likely improve with each game as the get more solid into the new scheme and DeMarcus Ware gets more experience. So long as the O-Line can keep Bledsoe from getting pummled five times a game, I think they've got a shot at the wildcard. I mean, hell, the NFC WC sure as shit isn't coming from the north. The Philly game here in Dallas in two weeks will be very telling.
