You know we are heading for a uniform testing program for all sports. One that tests for everything. Like it or not its coming. If the Sport Leagues dont do it, the government will.

Soical security is going to get fixed--they have all back themsleves into a corner. They'll come up with a grand compromised plan, and all sides will claim victory.

Steroids will always be a step ahead of the ability of anyone to test. Like it or not, much like any drug prohibition, this will only be marginally effective. For this to truly be effective, you would need to keep the Atheletes under 24/7 lockdown with daily blood testing. We have no time for Guckert/Gannon, the Plame affair, the Intelligence failures in Iraq, and the real problem is Barry Bonds is juiced. Remind me, which of the Giambi brothers is a dog, and which one is a pony?? They talk about players health, but noone is complaining about the 350 LB linemen who drop dead at the age of 45... The truth is that steroids or not, Football and other high contact sports kill you. Staying obese and bulked up kills you. If they were really concerned about kids health, they would outlaw football entirely. I know we don't want that, so the answer as always has been, you take the risks when you take the ride. Sauerbrun's use of Anabolics will probably be more manageable than Norman Hand's use of Chicken Wings. Plus, when you're watching Barry Bonds act like a spoiled child, remember a child would have bigger nads.... That'll make you smile. Can we pull the Camera out so you can see the pain you're causing my mistress??

Great. Now Congress can piggyback on the NFL to get some face time on ESPN.
