Arsenal Do It: Major props to the first top level English team in over a century to go undefeated, the Gunners gave up a goal first but came back on Henry's 30th and a winner from Bergkamp. Season's over, Liverpool made it to Champions League more because other teams just couldn't win than their own success and Newcastle edged out Villa for the UEFA spot.

So the season's over, let's start the transfer and manger speculation! Will Houllier or Ranieri be back with their current clubs or, if not, with other Premiership teams? Will Arsenal look for an upgrade at GK (who)? Is Cisse the man Owen needs to break the 20 goal mark and to bring more trophies? What does ManU need to get back ahead of Chelski and Arsenal? And what about Chelski, who will Roman buy this summer? Not to forget our Spanish friends, who will be the new Galactico in Madrid?

I'm not convinced that Houllier shouldn't get one more season after finishing fourth. I also think that Ranieri should, but won't, get another year. And if Baros can stay healthy, he might be enough up front but Heskey should be sold and replaced--haven't seen enough of Cisse or that striker from PSV that's rumored as a possibility, or how about Leicester's Paul Dickov?

Uh, the winner was from Vieira... Houllier should be replaced...BY Ranieri... Dickov should be thankful if he plays in the third division.

My God, shock horror! Starfucker talks sense, at least in regard to Dickov. I can't really see how Houllier could be expected to do much more, any other team would be happy with a place in the champions league, but not the spoilt brat scousers. I have nothing against Ranierei but I hope he goes and subsequently succeeds somewhere else, so that Peter Kenyon is exposed as the clueless cunt he is. As for Arsenal, bear in mind Blues were in the running for 4th spot until a few weeks ago, and the clueless Villa still had a chance today. The prem is crap, outside the top 3, and even numbers 2 and 3 have hardly ben exceptional this year; Chelsea failed to score at all against a mediocre Blues who were more than happy to finish a mediocre 10th.

The prem is crap, outside the top 3 Yes, but will it be any better next season?

Yes, old chap, we are about to rudely interrupt.

The prem is crap Yeah, it's much more interesting to watch Rangers play Celtic five million times, or the Serie A which is so exciting because the matches are all fixed...

molafson, FSW does carry the Dutch, French, Brazilian and Argentine leagues as well...

Ha, those are all farm systems for the Premiership, Serie A, and the Premiera Liga. (And somewhere the Bundesliga fits in there.)

Rangers only (?) played Celtic 5 times this year. Arsenal played Chelsea 5 times this year too. Of course, if all they show are the Rangers v Celtic matches then it certainly would give reason for disappointment. And Owen - to score more goals I figured he needs to start with A. remaining healthy and B. make more penalty kicks.

Heskey 'set for' Blues move for GBP3.5M in the next 48 hours. "Liverpool agreed to pay £14m for Djibril Cisse in time for next season."

"Heskey, who will expect to be named in Sven-Goran Eriksson's Euro 2004 squad, has been lined up for a £3.5million move to St Andrews after joining Liverpool for £11million from Leicester in March 2000." Way to go Houllier...

The fact that Cisse will cost more than Heskey, Diouf or Kewell does kind of frighten me.
