What would you write on your shoes?: Footjoy offer you the chance to personalise your shoes - good news for the majority of people on the planet who have one foot bigger (or indeed smaller) than the other, but also fun for those of us who just like to try and think of stupid things to write on the side.

It would seem that these are only available to be delivered in the states. We have a New York office, but in the event that they don't take kindly to forwarding me a pair of golf shoes, anyone willing to help me out?

Disappointed that there's no tartan option.

I think I'd write OW.

I think I would write RIGHT on the left shoe and LEFT on the right one.

Nike has been doing this for a few years now, and you may remember there was a little controversy over what they would and would not allow you to put on them. I bought a pair about 2 years ago and obsessed over what to write on mine. I finally settled with the simple "AIR" followed by my last name. A safe bet. The only time it came in handy was at a Braves game when my buddy lied to some college girls about me being a famous lacrosse player and having my own line of Nikes.

How about FAHQ2? IGO469? or my personal fave: CUBSUX

BUKAKE fits.* *- not that I'm into bukake, but it would be pretty funny to play golf in shoes that have that word written on it.

I thought bukkake had three "k"s. I'm just not going to look around on my work puter to try and verify that.

NOMICH CAN'T SPELL WORTH A SHIT I wouldn't beat yourself up over it, it lessens the chances that someone will google it and end up here instead. I also think that username is still available here at SpoFi as well.

Good point, usfbull. I'd hate to have some fan of that activity find this site via Google and yell at me. I don't know why s/he'd yell at me, but it seems to be the In thing to do around these parts.

I looked at the site. I think you can only get one word for both shoes. However, you could buy two pairs and mix 'n match them. E.g. I'd get a pair of "DOUCHE" and a pair of "BAG." Or maybe a pair of "2MUCH" and a pair of "MONEY." Ha ha.

I once met a pot smoker guitarist guy in a cemetery who had "un" on one shoe and "do" on the other.
