The Titans are hell bent on regarding the Vrabel coaching tenure as a blip and continuing their commitment to Whisenhunt / Mularkey - based mediocrity after firing Brian Callahan by naming Mike McCoy the interim coach, while the pool of possible successors includes names like Matt Nagy and Arthur Smith.
No word on the availability of Adam Gase or Norv Turner as yet.
I don't know what a "splash hire" for the Titans would be. Bobby Petrino? Dan Hawkins? Lord help Nashville.

[Tiny] Cape Verde clinches country's first-ever World Cup spot
The city of Brocton, MA, and the south coast region of Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut have been called the "Eleventh Island" because of the large number of immigrants from Cabo Verde. They form the largest population of Cabo Verdeans in the US. If Cabo Verde can make it to a game played in Gillette Stadium, the place will be rocking.

It will be the second smallest country by population to feature in the tournament after Iceland in 2018.
