I am once again here to say the HOF is a joke until Bonds gets in

I remember when the Marlins and Rockies joined MLB, someone in Miami said that they were interested in acquiring "the Canseco contract" to give the team a big boost right out of the gate.
Not only because Canseco was Cuban born, but also because they thought he would hit the ball a country mile in Miami.
I laughed out loud when I read that. I had grown up in the south Florida wall of heavy, wet summer air and knew damn well in my own ignorance that if you want to hit the ball like a king you go to Denver, not Miami.

I absolutely agree! There's no denying that Bonds is a Hall of Famer and deserved to be inducted years ago.

Huh. Todd Helton. Correct if I'm wrong, but it seems like he was a hall of famer when playing in Coors Field, but just kind of meh on the road. Am I remember incorrectly?
