I dream of a day when that dude just finally goes away, never to return.

I'm not sure why Brady would willingly enter the stacked AFC. Seems like the clearest path back to the Super Bowl wouldn't involve going through Josh Allen, Patrick Mahomes, Joe Burrow, Russell Wiilson, Lamar Jackson, et al. Maybe he's just that cocky that he thought he could do it.

Brady is apparently cozy with Stephen Ross in Miami (ugh), but perhaps not with the Glazer family in Tampa.
Maybe he wanted to get back into the division to face the Pats at least twice a year.
Leave it to him to have a plan B in place that would cause a domino effect within the Bucs organization. I'd love to hear the conversation between Brady and the Bucs about him wanting to return and the team still holding his rights and what he saw his options were for playing in 2022.
Seeing Brady in Dolphins aqua and orange with white belt and shoes would remind me of all the Florida retirees that we had an endless supply of in the 1970's. With the elastic waist pants, knit shirts and leisure suits. A fitting portrait IMO.
The way Brady operates, whoever the starting QB in San Francisco is, I don't think his job is 100% safe for the next 5 years or so.
Eventually, Gisele's armed security detail will have to arrive at Brady's locker and quietly escort him from the building and bring him home to stay once and for all.
Brady haters, look on the bright side - you may not have to watch the guy get inducted into the HOF during your lifetime. If he plays till he's 60 or more and then they have to wait five years after that to vote him in, hell, by that time, there's a chance they might find Hoffa's remains and the missing Malaysian plane.
