Kevin Durant Has One Word for Charles Barkley: In a post-game interview following his first NBA game in 18 months, Kevin Durant gave a one-word answer to a long question by Charles Barkley that left TNT's Inside the NBA crew in hysterics.

That video is wild.
Duane Thomas was an amazing story, most of which took place off the field. He was only in that celebratory Cowboys locker room after the Super Bowl because his trade to New England before that season was cancelled when he walked out of the Patriots training camp after one day.
Thomas fell out with the Cowboys because he wanted $80,000 a year instead of the $20,000 he originally signed for. $80,000 in 1970 dollars is equivalent to $536,000 today. That's less than today's rookie minimum.
As a kid I heard about all the Cowboys greats of the 1960s and early 1970s but little was said about Thomas, who was a Dallas native. It was like he had been erased.

As a lifelong Cowboys fan, rcade is no doubt well aware that the original king of one word interviews was Duane Thomas.
This moment is what put him on the map and burned him into my high school boy brain for eternity.
