Is the setup confusing? The whole thing, especially the idea of giving the higher seed a one game advantage in a best of 3 series, sounds just like a City Council election in Boston.

With corporate team sponsors like LG and Samsung well established and a number of MLB coaches and team executives currently serving or finishing up suspensions, perhaps there's an opportunity for a team to be sponsored by Rubbermaid.
