SportsFilter: The Thursday Huddle:

A place to discuss the sports stories that aren't making news, share links that aren't quite front-page material, and diagram plays on your hand. Remember to count to five Mississippi before commenting in anger.

This probably goes in the bucket of navel-gazing, but I was thinking the other day "Was there some guy on SportsFilter who always used to go on about his proprietary training techniques that would surely revolutionize soccer or am I just imagining that?"

I present to you a very special edition of From the Archives (f/k/a Down the Rabbit Hole).

holden, thanks for a trip down memory lane.
Why didn't we think of this earlier? With multiple days of zero posts, bringing back Huddles or articles From the Archives, would be amusing.

Holden--without clicking on your hyperlink (which I'm about to do), I vividly recall boasts of a "paradigm shift" coming from those revolutionary training techniques.

Now to check my answers...

[on edit] Hot damn, that's the good shit! Send that madness straight into my veins!
