Holden--without clicking on your hyperlink (which I'm about to do), I vividly recall boasts of a "paradigm shift" coming from those revolutionary training techniques.

This probably goes in the bucket of navel-gazing, but I was thinking the other day "Was there some guy on SportsFilter who always used to go on about his proprietary training techniques that would surely revolutionize soccer or am I just imagining that?"
