I'm going to vote for Ron Wright, but that is a solid effort by Mike Mayers (all the more impressive for only recording 2 outs in the 1st). Can someone build a baseball field in a cornfield in Iowa so "Moonlight" Heitman can get one more shot at glory?

Damn it!
I don't know why I dropped the ---END OF INNING-- after the first groundout. It should obviously be after the second one:
Single
Single
Walk
Home run
Double (advanced to third on groundout)
Strikeout
Groundout
Walk (stole 2nd)
Single
Groundout
---END OF INNING---
Groundout
Single
Single
Homer
--PULLED--
(I bolded the baserunners that scored, in case there was confusion)

Melvin Upton will complement' Blue Jays lineup, Atkins says
Not really that newsworthy a transaction, but I texted a friend this morning to pass along the news, and Autocorrect changed "Upton" to "Putin" twice.
Any reason to be worried?

Larry Yount.
At least the other guys got to taste it! And then to watch his snot nosed little brother go and make the Hall of Fame.
I feel the worst for Larry.

Tommy, I think you've got good reason to be concerned about the Upton change, but if autocorrect happens to convert "Rim or Nutsack" into "Rick Santorum", then I would say you're in good shape.
Are you posting from the DNC server?

Worst MLB Debut Contest! Who had it worse?
Ron Wright - April 14, 2002: In his debut, and only appearance in the majors, he struck out, hit into a triple-play, and then hit into a double-play. Three plate appearances producing six outs.
Adam Greenberg - July 9, 2005 - In his debut, he was hit in the head with the first pitch he ever faced in the majors. It almost killed him, and he didn't make it back to the majors for another 7 years, and then only as a late season promotional stunt by the Florida Marlins.
Mike Mayers - July 24, 2016 - In his debut as an emergency starting pitcher (due to a rain out earlier in the week and an extra-inning game the night before), his appearance went like this:
Single
Single
Walk
Home run
Double
Strikeout
Groundout
---END OF INNING---
Walk
Single
Groundout
Groundout
Single
Single
Homer
--PULLED--
A final line of : 1 1/3 IP, 8 H, 2 BB, 9 ER
Harry Heitman - July 27, 1918 - In his debut, he allowed all four batters he faced to reach base, and score, before being pulled. He has an infinite ERA as he immediately retired from MLB and joined the Army to go fight in WWI.
Larry Yount - September 15, 1971 - In his debut, he was brought in as a relief pitcher. During his warm-ups, he injured his arm, and was pulled from the game. He never pitched in the majors again.
