Chicago Blackhawks Win Stanley Cup: In front of their home faithful, the Chicago Blackhawks shut out the Tampa Bay Lightning 2-0 Monday night to win the franchise's third Stanley Cup in five years. Duncan Keith and Patrick Kane scored for Chicago and goaltender Corey Crawford stopped all 25 shots he faced. Shortly before the game's end, broadcaster Mike Emrick announced that the Cup itself -- one of the most famous championship trophies in sport -- was not yet in the arena due to a weather delay and was being escorted by police.

Gary Bettman called this era's Blackhawks a "dynasty." Given today's NHL, with 30 teams, which makes it difficult to repeat, I believe 3 Cups in 6 years fits the term.

I wouldn't necessarily bet against fellated. Doc has got a hell of a list that he effortlessly draws from.

It is so remarkable how seamlessly Doc fits the upper levels of his exclamatory astonishment and incredulity into the flow of the broadcast.

What is the deal with Chicago and the Cup? Last time they won it at home, in 1938, the Cup didn't even make an appearance.

Props to the Blackhawks, but I was disappointed in the drama level of this final. No overtimes and only two deciding goals in the final five minutes.

Super tight series, but would have enjoyed an overtime or two as well.
