An aeronautical achievement from the top deck of Wembley.

I had a dream last night that we had a SpoFi meet up in Raleigh. It took place at my old job and none of us spoke to each other.

As someone who won a vacation by hitting a mascot with a paper airplane from the back row of a hockey game, I applaud the work of that England fan.

I'm shocked, SHOCKED to discover allegations of corruption regarding soccer matches and the 2022 World Cup decision!

The Sunday Times said it had obtained millions of emails and other documents relating to alleged payments made by Mohamed Bin Hammam, then a FIFA executive member for Qatar.

Is that guy really so bad (or brazen) at bribery that he left a paper trail of "millions of emails and other documents?" And what were they; was he sending his bribes by Paypal a dollar at a time?

What he said. Amazing this is coming out now and leading to calls to pick a new place. I'd feel bad about the FIFA scums fleecing another set of suckers, but I can't find it in me. Everybody that comes off the field due to cramps or heatstroke in Brazil is going to make this drum beat louder.

Those players should try to recover at the stadium if possible. The hospitals will be full with all the folks currently getting messed up on the lawless streets.

When the Gamezz arrive in a couple of years, it will be even better, as none of the Olympic facilities will be ready. (Conditions will be perfect for Putin to annex Pernambuco right after the closing ceremonies).
