CFL Pick 'Em, Week 14: Rounding the pole into the home stretch, we run smack dab into a big ol' pile of narrative context. Everybody knows who they are, who they're playing, and what they're playing for. Grab a bucket of enlightenment and make your picks inside.

Edmonton narrowly avoids embarrassment by completing the comeback and downing the Bombers. Montreal is not so lucky, losing a wild one to Hamilton out east. Toronto gets it done in Cowtown to run their road record to a league-best 5-1. But the big stunner comes in Regina, as B.C. nails a game-winning field goal with time expiring to push the Riders into third place.

Five spreads nailed in one week? That's a new record. Props to ic23b for a very healthy seven-point week to jump into the middle of the pack.

Vegas bookies are offering excellent odds on snow flurries in at least one of this week's games.

WEEK 14

B.C. @ Winnipeg (Friday, September 27)
B.C.'s not entirely sure who their quarterback is, but that hasn't stopped them from winning two in a row. Winnipeg isn't sure who anybody is anymore.

Calgary @ Hamilton (Saturday, September 28)
Calgary's still in first, but not by much, and Hamilton's still trying to lock up that home playoff date. Could be a promising grudge match.

Toronto @ Edmonton (Saturday, September 28)
According to their Pythagorean record, Edmonton should really have a couple more wins to their name. But you can only play Winnipeg so many times in a season.

Saskatchewan @ Montreal (Sunday, September 29)
Two once-proud franchises: one struggling to make it back into the discussion for a home playoff date, one strugging to not fall victim to a crossover. Welcome to the Pity Bowl!

Good luck!
