It sounds like a mixture of offense and defense. The first two look like QB traits to me.

Bill James said that if you split Rickey Henderson into two players, both of them would be Hall of Famers.
Alex Ovechkin pulled off a minor version of that this year, as he was voted to the NHL First All-Star Team as a right winger, and voted to the NHL Second All-Star Team as a left winger.
