Heat Beat Spurs to Even Series: In perhaps the biggest game of his career, Mario Chalmers led all scorers with 19 points in the Miami Heat's 103-84 victory against the San Antonio Spurs. Tied 1-1, the best-of-seven NBA Finals now shifts to Texas for three consecutive games. LeBron James finished with 17 points, a postseason low, but other Heat players stepped up in a 30-5 run.

LeBron James finished with 17 points

And one gigantic block.

That's a great block, but has he never blocked a shot before? He just stands there like the play is over while everyone else runs down the court.

I'm not sure he's ever had a block better than that. I'm not a fan of the pounding chest theatrics but he doesn't do it that often that it bugs me.

Anyway, he got back into the play and was the screen man in the pick and roll. He got the ball, drew defenders, and kicked to the wing for an open three.

Nice block LeBron, but your squad followed up with a 4 on 5 mismatch at the other end while you were busy finding the nearest camera.

It's impossible to find any video of James or Wade without the drama queen posturing.

Great players, but they ought to watch video of guys like Bird, Magic, Isiah and a slew of others. These guys would make sequences of unbelievable plays and left the celebrating until the game was over.

What he said.

Will have to take your word for that - all that I can see from the clip is the block then LeBron turning to locate the camera for 8 or 10 seconds while the play and the rest of the players run down court.

People's judgement of passing time is horrible. It's at most 3 seconds before he turns and runs up the court.

Larry Bird, the greatest shit talker in NBA history? Isiah Thomas, one of the biggest whiners? I wanted to puke when LBJ managed to help the Heat convert after the pose down, but let's not pretend what he did was representative of a flaw in his generation.
