Tiger Woods Nike ad causes a stir with “winning takes care of everything” message: The company that sponsors Woods proclaimed, in his own words, “Winning takes care of everything.” It’s a phrase he often uses when talking to reporters about himself and other golfers. But because this is Tiger Woods, Nike’s swaggering post is also being perceived as a reminder of his not-so-positive, womanizing past.
With all the other PR nightmares that Phil Knight has had to deal with (Armstrong and Pistorius to name two), Tiger's serial run of extra-curricular Waffle Housing may not loom all that large in the damage control room at swoosh-world HQ.

By my way of thinking you've got to be pretty well off to afford anything Nike is marketing via Tiger anyways. To that demographic the whole mistresses / divorce settlements noise surrounding Tiger may not seem either foreign or tremendously shocking.

Still think Tiger should've crawled into a cave and not shown his face in public again. How Nike and Lindsay Vonn can give him a pass is beyond me.
