Gary Bettman: Players locked out September 15th if no deal is reached: Would a second lockout in a decade be disastrous for hockey or for Bettman?
I don't think I can handle another lockout.

This is why Tim Thomas wears a camo thong and night vision goggles and stocked a year's supply of canned goods and beef jerky in his bunker.

He forgot to buy toilet paper and Alex Jones already welded his bunker door shut.

Let's just hope that the NHLPA and the owners aren't set on killing the game
If the moves by owners in Philly and Minnesota are any indication of how serious the owners take the players and the entire NHL labor agreement I expect the players will have to bend over and take it up the ass or start planning a winter vacation.

My son and I sprung for Celtics' season tickets, so as dreary as a winter without hockey might be, we'll still have something to do. Please try to make some sense, league and players.

I'm hoping for some sanity since I've lost interest in pro basketball (it's OK, but I don't follow it closely). It's a shame that it's been a year since the CBA expired and very little has occurred.
Blue Jacket fans, though, probably aren't worrying.

Hoo-FUCKING-ray! Idiots.
Well, knee jerk response aside, there is over a month to get this right. Let's just hope that the NHLPA and the owners aren't set on killing the game.
