No employer or institution should have the right to demand access to your private social media account. They can monitor a person's public social media activities, but to demand to see things shared only with family and friends is inappropriate.

I am seeing this more and more deal with High School seniors. Colleges are asking kids during interviews to pull up their facebook account. You dont have to do it, but you also just got yourself crossed off the list.

They are watching you, and you, and you!! The question now is "Is it right" Do schools have the right to monitor and punish athletes based on what they tweet or facebook. I say yes, but many do not agree. I think the first article is the most messed up with words having a point value added to them and people who sit reading your stuff all day marking when you use specific wording. Check out the list on the first attachment half way through the article.
