Thanks for that, tommy. Ax is pretty awesome indeed, and not just because of the facial hair.

Unassisted triple plays aren't very rare in Little League. One season, I played second base and turned a couple of them. It was so easy and it was done exactly the way this kid did it. I think most kids run on any kind of hit ball and a quick li'l pop out to second base doesn't give them the time to reconsider this running thing. Catch pop fly, tag second base, tag the poor kid running in my direction from first base.

My son's team turned a triple play that way this season.

My first year of Little League our SS turned one. The lack of discipline among your average 6 year-olds, while admittedly deeply depressing for this country's prospects, leads to them.

It good to see Jason Alexander doing some more singing since his McDLT commercial days.

So if you don't have Fox or ESPN4 you can still see a football match tomorrow, between a team saving themselves for the Champions League final and a team already relegated. Should be a classic!
The other team saving themselves for the Champions League final had the small matter of the German cup final today, which was definitely entertaining.

I know it's late, but I've put up the Stanley Cup conference finals pickem thread in the locker room. Would've been sooner, but had a birthday party to get drunk at...I mean attend...

In one of the more out of left field moments in sports, tomorrow the SPEED network will be showing Chelsea's final Premier League game of the season against Bolton.
I presume it's as a result of Chelsea's new link with the Sauber Formula 1 team.
