Is it me or is Cris Carter becoming an attention whore? He's incapable of commenting on football without referencing himself, so ESPN just trots him out to stir up controversy. What the heck will he do once Randy Moss retires and he can't light his annual "Randy is a quitter" firestorm?

10 years ago tonight, my Carolina Hurricanes pulled off the Miracle at Molson.
The 'Canes just completed their 15th season in North Carolina. A good 10 years beyond many predictions during those sad days in Greensboro. Even though their season was pretty much over by the time December rolled around, the team still had their highest home game attendance average this year. The franchise also scored a couple of deep pocket investors during the season.
