Tuck and Weatherford and probably some of the other guys are carrying themselves so well before and after the big game that it takes some of the sting out of the loss. It's easier losing to people you can admire. You never want to lose to a bunch of bums. So Bradshaw needs to shut it.
As for Whitlock, goddammit, if he ever needs to find his, he'd have to call both Search and Rescue and the FUPA patrol. There's no way he'd be able to make visual contact on his own.
Some challenges require teamwork, and he's one of 'em.
