Chiefs Spoil Packers' Undefeated Season: In the debut game for Kansas City interim coach Romeo Crennel and first start for quarterback Kyle Orton, the Chiefs defeated the Green Bay Packers 19-14 to end their undefeated season at 13 wins. Ryan Succop kicked four field goals and Jackie Battle ran a one-yard touchdown for the Chiefs. Orton was 23 for 31 passing with 299 yards.
And, the Chiefs pretty much ended my fantasy football season as well.
Packers lose and Colts win, gotta be a sign of something ominous coming.

That's just pathetic.

Not only that, but the Racists blew away the Giants and the Panthers actually held on to a lead to beat the AFC's top team.

The 72 Dolphins and 08 Lions both get to pop their champagne cork today.

As a Lions fan, I would hope that they put their champagne away.

What was McCarthy thinking going for a 4th and 9? Arrogance or stupidity?

What was McCarthy thinking going for a 4th and 9? Arrogance or stupidity? Yeah, I was wondering the same thing. I think he just figured he really needed to get something, anything, going in the right direction.
I knew the Pack had a banged up line, but now I wonder how bad the line play coupled with the "bend but don't break" defensive philosophy will hurt them in the playoffs. They've been pretty successful letting teams run wild between the 20's because they could hang offensively up until now.

Awesome. KC's defense was very effective, and the Packers offense was surprisingly poor. I love that Crennel got a Gatorade bath.
