The IAAF have ruled that women can only set records in women only events. As a runner, I know the benefit of being paced doesn't just rest with women, yet they're the ones singled out here. Ridiculous.
I assume that the rule is the same for men? Mixed events = no records?

The distinction in the IAAF amendment only covers women's records.

It's really early in his tenure, but Brendan Shanahan is laying some serious pipe on pre-season application of the new boarding rule to suspend dangerous hits. It's great to see.

Seriously, though? I just...I mean...the Bengals are...we have a good group of young....we play hardball when it comes to contracts? I know that doesn't make sense, I just wish it would stop. Every time I get a little happy about the Bengals future, headlines show up. It was enough with Stanley Wilson.
