The Giants can't help it if they have a Mr. Beige for a manager, while Arizona has one of this year's magnetic winners of the Indy Jones Mature Craggy Man Thousand Mile Stare Leadership Award in Kirk Gibson.

Rick Carlisle is the other winner.
