Buccaneers Coach Manages Rays: Tampa Bay Buccaneers Head Coach Raheem Morris led the Tampa Bay Rays to a 3-2 win over the Toronto Blue Jays Tuesday. Morris pulled James Shields from the game after he threw 60 pitches in 3 1/2 innings. "He walked out there and said: 'What do we do now?'" Shields said. "I was like, 'You're supposed to get the ball from me."
From the article:
All I've got to do is look serious and spit seeds.
His seed-spitting technique was hailed as "marvelous" and "perhaps revolutionary."
That's funny. Good for them. Tampa Bay is just one big happy family!

Does this mean that next time the Bucs are down 3 to the Falcons late in the 4th quarter, a silvery Dick Tracy figure with X-Ray glasses is going to appear on the sidelines and help the men of Gasparilla pull out a win?

Very cool. The Rays keep managing to do things that keep this Red Sox fan from hating them as much as maybe I should (Manny! I've missed you!).
