Morneau Still Recovering from Concussion: Seven months after he took a knee to the head in a base-running collision, Minnesota Twins first baseman Justin Morneau is still out from the effects of his concussion and unsure of his status for opening day. "It's got its own timeline. It hasn't ever been up to me," he said.

Some concussions just dont go away. Sid Crosby last played Jan 5th. Many rumors are flying that he may be shut down for the year. Ask Merril Hoge the effects. A concussion Almost killed him.

It's been a huge loss for the Twins, and they need Morneau back in the line up.

Just didn't look like that hard of a collision, but it obviously did some damage. Hopefully, it will clear up for him soon!

After seeing what concussions have done to Morneau, Crosby, and Savard it astounds me that football players would/could continually play through concussions.

It's all that bastard John McDonald's fault.
