Herm Edwards Makes Bid to Coach Cavaliers: Former NFL coach Herm Edwards gave the Cleveland Cavaliers a pep talk yesterday, though they had to watch SportsCenter to see it. "The perception out there is that we don't have enough talent," he said. "Don't buy into that. ... It's about us. It's about how we play the game we play. ... Don't look at the scoreboard! Just play basketball! And let's win us a game!"

Herm Edwards: good life coach, terrible coach in life.

I always knew that Herm's preference to go for three whenever possible would eventually serve him well.

Who better than a singlehanded killer of Giants and tormentor of Chiefs to turn the Cavaliers into the demon slayers that all of Cuyahoga needs them to be?

Given that the Cavs have lost 26 in a row, I don't think Herm Edwards could do any more damage.
