O.J. Mayo Fights Teammate on Flight: Memphis Grizzlies teammates O.J. Mayo and Tony Allen fought each other on the flight home from Los Angeles after Sunday's win over the Los Angeles Lakers, CBS Sports reports. The altercation reportedly left Mayo with a noticeably "swollen" face. Mayo, the third overall pick in 2008, is a backup averaging 13.2 points a game.

The Grizzlies improvement is directly proportional to Mayo's reduction in playing time.

Would be best for both parties if Mayo packed his bags. Hopefully he 'll get an opportunity to both grow up and learn how to apply his talent in a new location.
