Mavericks End Heat's 12-Game Winning Streak: The Dallas Mavericks ended the Miami Heat's winning streak at 12 games with a 98-96 victory at American Airlines Arena in Miami. The streak began after a Heat loss to Dallas Nov. 27 prompted a players-only meeting. The Heat have lost 14 consecutive regular-season games to the Mavericks, a streak extending seven seasons.

And tonight they beat Orlando to go 5-0 on the season on the 2nd night of back-to-backs. I like that stat a lot.
Congrats to Dirk as well for passing Larry Bird to enter the top 25 of all time NBA scorers. Word down the Twitter pipe is that Larry Legend sent some props the big German's way.

Gosh, you're right. I should've written "Larry Bird no longer a top-25 all-time scorer. They should totally boot that clown from the HOF amirite?"

Looked to me like it was more Jason Terry that ended the Heat's 12-game winning streak than the Mavericks. Like the classic NBA Jam game, he was on fire!
