If the new ownership is serious about changing the team's fortunes, they might consider bringing them back to Philadelphia. After all, they had more luck (and championships) in their 16 years in the City of Brotherly Love than they've managed in their 48 years in California.

Come to think of it, the Giants had far more success when they called the Polo Grounds home than in the 52 years since they've taken up residence in San Francisco. Do you think it might be something in the water?

Al Davis would tell them: whatever you do, don't go somewhere else and then come back to the Bay area.
