Nicklaus' Grandson Suspended for Obscene Gesture: Nick O'Leary, the grandson of golf legend Jack Nicklaus and one of the top high school tight end prospects in the country, has been suspended two games for flipping off opponents who were taunting him after an interstate Labor Day game televised on ESPN. O'Leary's team appeared to score a go-ahead touchdown three times at the end of the game, only to have all three nullified by officials.

I guess them's the rules...but wouldn't it make sense to also have rules causing a team to be penalized due to taunting or other unsportsmanlike behavior on the part of their fans? It doesn't seem right that fans should have the "right" to run their mouths and wave their fingers, without any consequences to their team, but when a player responds by flipping them off (after what had probably been a game full of the same, and then getting robbed of the win), he gets nailed.
