Pretty sad. I am glad they caught it. Apparently, it is the leading cause of death in young competitive athletes.
Am I the only one that has to remove backslashes from in front of all of my apostrophes after every preview?

Toronto FC signed Harold to a six-year contract before this was discovered. I wonder how much he'll earn from that and whether he had insurance against a career-ending injury.

I was wondering about the insurance angle myself...would they even pay for what is essentially a birth defect? He's only 17, he comes across as someone that is bright enough to go on to college, so I wish him well.
bperk...I see those backslashes on the preview, however, they do not show up on the final post...not sure what's up with that.

I hope he hasn't been neglecting his education.
Still, it's better to find out before your first game, than after your "last game".
