I'm calling it a fake, or heavily edited work. The cars on the roof aren't in the same position 3 seconds apart in the video.

Nevertheless, the stuff on the water was pretty damn cool.

You bastard, you ruined that because you're right. The camera pulls back to the kids, then back to the roof and a car's missing.
