Owen has to be the unluckiest soccer star of the last half decade (limiting the list to those unable to play due to on-field injuries) after an amazing start to his career. He should never have moved to Madrid, that's for sure.

ESPN goes British for World Cup as "Adrian Healey, Derek Rae and Ian Darke have been hired by ESPN for its U.S. broadcasts at this year's World Cup and will join Martin Tyler to give the network British play-by-play announcers for all 64 games."
Best news of all? "JP Dellacamera ... will shift to ESPN Radio for the World Cup and form the lead team there with analyst Tommy Smyth."

and will join Martin Tyler
You guys are lucky, Martin Tyler's one of the best. Although it seems that he won't be on our SBS coverage come June.
We'll miss him - Martin Tyler always seems to say something you want to remember, while the others manage to say something you want to forget.
