Because of when I learned soccer, I thought the ball was always supposed to look like this.

Have to wonder about the aerodynamics of some of the earliest balls, not to mention the wild bounces they must have taken.
I'm right there with ya rcade about what the look of a soccer ball should be. For the first 3 yrs I played that was all I saw and then all of a sudden here was this new design that I just new had to be illegal in some way.
