College Football's No. 1 Fan: The Wall Street Journal profiles Robert Lipson, who can make a strong argument to being college football's most loyal fan. Since 1972, the salesman has attended every Kansas State home game and every conference road game -- even though the team was one of the worst in college football over the first 20 years of that stretch. He spends hours before and after each game making the rounds at tailgaters and leaves a day early for road games. "There is no margin of error in this," he said.
