I literally fell out of my seat here in the office when the Olympics.com live page refreshed and Kopat scored. What in the world happened?

My goodness... That's incredible! It's great news for the rest of the bracket, including the good ol' US of A. No one tell Wayne, but I'm happy to the other "favorites" lose. What in the world happened, indeed?

The winner of Finland/Canada plays Belarus, unless the US loses to Germany (in which case, I don't know what happens) - so it doesn't help the US much. What in the world happened? The hero of 94 (Salo) let it a really weak goal with two minutes left. I feel really bad for him right now. It's just shocking.

What a game! Oh man, that was exciting to watch. I'm not sure how Salo could have handled that shot differently, though. Pretty flukey goal if you ask me. Anyone who's ever played goalie knows how hard it is to save something fired head-high.

The look on Sundin's face was priceless.

It's really not that difficult to stop a shot head-high. Catchers and First Basemen do it quite frequently. Still, I feel for Salo.

I wish I'd put a tenner on, Belarus were 11/1 for the win!!

It's really not that difficult to stop a shot head-high Yeah, but the rebound is unpredictable. Poor Salo.

What rebound? Catch the puck.

I watched the Belarus game, and I still can't believe it.
