SpoFi Does Sunday Night Baseball (Pt. 2): After good chat in last Sunday night's 10-inning Giants-Dodgers affair with a great pitching match up (Schmidt and Maddux) taking the mound and pitching spectacularly, join us in the SpoFi campfire chat for another great match-up as Curt Schilling and Mike Mussina face off in a battle between two small market teams that don't get a lot of press. Same details for joining the chat as found here.
I'll try to be there if the Mojitos don't win.

If I was going to have an alternate SpoFi ID, it would be "MojitoBandito." I'll be there. If the Apricot Sours don't win.

What about us Dead Enders who'll be sitting through parts of all 4?

I will be there if the terrorists don't win.

I think the mojitos are going to win tonight.

I didn't know there was going to be an open bar. And the guy really knew his stuff! He made me a mojito. I don't think it's a gay drink. Mo-ji-to...

Which ties in with Jason Johnson's theory of wearing them out on the basepaths. If only it had been warmer.

So, as a newbie to SNB, I get to ask a newbie question: is this a particular game we're talking about?

So, as a newbie to SNB, I get to ask a newbie question: is this a particular game we're talking about? lbb -- we will be chatting generally about the Red Sox-Yankees game as it is played, but other baseball-related topics are fair game as well. If you have a television and ESPN, you can watch the game and follow along. You can also follow the game online (through MLB's gamecast or something to that effect) or by radio (as I believe rocketman did for part of last Sunday's game) or not follow it at all but have the other chatters fill you in on what's going on.

Thanks for the info, holden. I think I'll be doing my usual -- that is, watching the game on ESPN with the mute button on and listening to the game on the radio. Heh. And I'll have a Gameday window open too. See y'all there then!

So...did anyone stay awake until the end? I faded out at about 11:30.

Samsonov, goddam, and I were the last stragglers in the bar at last call. Sammy got taken down hard -- he may never recover from the ruthless abuse piled atop a gut-wrenching Red Sox defeat.

I stayed up for the end but I couldn't get into the campfire. I followed the link trail but I got a, 'page not found.'
