SpoFi Fantasy Hockey: Week Nine. Crap City holds the number one spot and becomes the first team other than the second place Arrogant Champs to stay on top for more than one week. Past number one concussion central has been demoted to Grand Rapids and currently sits in third place.

Okay, that's enough time on top of the list. I think you've had enough fun up there for now. Though to be honest, I'm going to need Forsberg back to have any chance I think. Or gspm suffers an injury or three.

I had to turn right around, rent a car, and drive my ass back to the big club....only to stink up the joint my second game back. Grum, I gotta agree with you about the CCC. 116 pts?! Criminey. gspm's forward corps' weakest links are Sykora and LeClair. It's pretty much sewn up at this point...unless disaster strikes. But I'm betting that won't happen...the negative team name counters any bad injury karma.

I'm just happy to be holding my own here, this being my first fantasy hockey leage (my first full year of really following hockey if the truth be known). Of course it helps that the Thrashers have actually been decent since Hartley took over.

Succa, I feel it is my duty (he-he) to report that Samsonov is attempting to flee the country and it appears he will do so before paying up on "The Bet". While I'm sure his destination offers many amusing opportunities to put on the Sens gear and embarass himself, I wanted to let you know so you can supply some pressure of your own.

Thanks 86, cheque's in the mail. As for you, Samsy...India huh? Business or pleasure? Temporary or permanent? I hope Bombay has a good hockey jersey dealer! But I will accept a "Go Sens Go" sign paraded in front of the Taj Mahal.
