Kid brothers drill back-to-back aces at Sawgrass.: The odds of two players in the same group making a hole-in-one have been estimated at 17 million-to-1 by Francis Scheid, a retired Boston University math professor who was commissioned by Golf Digest to calculate hole-in-one odds under various scenarios. The odds for a PGA Tour player have been pegged at 3,700-to-1 and a handicap golfer at about 13,000-to-1.
Another article here including a video of the boys describing their aces. Decide for yourself. "...at TPC Sawgrass, of course..." Then he gets whacked in the head, ha!

OK, I lied. After viewing the video and picture with the story at the link posted by BoKnows in his comment, I do feel the need to ask... If the holes-in-one were scored with Callaway #3 balls as described in the article, why are both boys sporting obviously brand new Titleist hats in the staged photos? Does Titleist make the balls for Callaway, or is it possible that dad had a financial interest in their 'wardrobe' during this unlikely event? Seems even more fishy to me now, even though the enthusiasm shown by the boys in the video seems genuine.

O.k., sure I'm a bit skeptical. But let's assume that this story is completely true. When I was nine and my brother was eleven, had he made a hole-in-one that I immediately followed with my own, I would have received a severe asskicking each and every time the incident was brought up. For his turd little brother to steal even a little bit of his thunder would have driven my bro far past the capacity for reason or mercy. So I wish younger brother luck!

Several of my logins on other sites include the word 'skeptic'. I will say no more on this one.
