I would delete this account if there was an option for it. Read the thread at mefi before getting your panties in a bunch about cross posting. A poster at mefi suggested sportsfi as a better place for sports comments. No ill will intended.

Any good local sportsblogs out there?

I follow Hockey Pundits, TMLfans.ca, and my own blog Sharkspage.com for hockey. For baseball: Elephantsinoakland, Baseball blogs, and Astros daily.

Webber done for the season.

The University of Michigan is still paying for the cash the Webber and friends took during their time in blue. It is weird how the program suffers [fines, ban on postseason, ban on scholarships], while the players who took the money are not penalized at all.

Lennox Lewis' Next Opponent: WWE Champ Brock Lesnar?

It would take at least 20 million, and a great opponent to get Lennox back in the ring. Maybe another shot for Tyson, but chances of that are slim after he was pummeled. He said after his last fight that he wants to retire while he can still speak coherently.
