USC's 2004 BCS Championship Could Be In Jeopardy: All thanks to Mr. Bush, if he his ruled ineligible for as much as one game the BCS could look to take away USC's 2004 championship. Funny how that potential three-pete could turn into only a share of a championship.

Reggie Bush Cover Model: Reggie Bush was officially named the cover boy for EA Sports NCAA Football 2007.

High Lacrosse Hazing Scandal: Right on the heels of the Duke Lacrosse scandal comes this story from the Columbus Dispatch. I have played lacrosse the High School, College, and Club level and I don't ever recall parties involving rape or bus trips involving male on male sexual assault. It is like this current generation of players is doing their best to destroy a sport that pre-dates Europeans settling into North America.

USC Suspends QB Mark Sanchez Amidst Sexual Assault Allegations: So given ESPN's infatuation with the University of Southern California will they attempt to forget this as soon as possible, or will they finally begin to treat USC the way they do other schools?

I am sick of these primodonna pro athletes, what is next, they'll ask for the team to pay their way to games?

Yeah, but it is Yahoo Sports who broke the Bush story, not E!SPN.

I am sure that the fact Kobe is perhaps less likeable than Barry Bonds has nothing to do with it, especially when being compared to a popular, likeable player.

Please, FSU was more dominant than USC for a period of 14 years, and after 1993 ESPN made it their job to make FSU their bitch. Any allegations were major news. Now USC has had 2 players brought up on sexual assault charges (maybe 3, wasn't Eric Wright?), they had a player have a house purchased for their family, numerous academic troubles (LenDale White, Chauncey Washington, Whitney Lewis, etc.). They are not facing the ridicule other programs like FSU and OSU have faced in the past, despite a track record that will probably soon warrant an NCAA investigation. It will be funny when the team ESPN proclaimed the greatest ever will be 0-13 in the official record books.

If it is as it sounds in the article an indefinite suspension seems a bit much.

For starters? Both Chris Duhon and Carloz Boozer's parents were given jobs beyond what their respective skill would normally allow them to obtain at a higher rate of pay than they deserved. Oddly enough, both jobs involved working for companies owned by prominant Duke Alumni. Here is a link to a MS Word document outlining that and a bunch of other stories suggesting media bias and program corruption.

I'd love to believe they would, but look at the free pass they give Duke Basketball compared to their hatred for Ohio State Football (sans Kirk Herbstreit for rather obvious reasons)

I am not the NBA fan that I used to be, but I don't see how Steve Nash can be the MVP, especially in light of Kobe Bryant and Lebron James carrying their respective teams into the playoffs with much less talent around them.

Reggie Bush Cover Model
I just don't understand how a player who won't even be in college in fall 2007 is the coverboy. Shouldn't it be a big name player who is actually going to be on the field? NCAA Rules prohibit that, although you can easily find a cover online with current players on them.
